Our story
From the first days of Russia's war against our Ukraine, each of us single-handedly began to solve the humanitarian problems of our loved ones.
These are relatives and friends who volunteered for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the territorial defense. Many did not have tactical clothing and protective equipment, and life on the battlefield often depends on them.
People who lived in places where hostilities were fought were forced to relocate and found themselves without food and clothing.
All this time we were in touch with each other. They figured out what to get and how to help someone. Until a certain time, all this was possible to do on personal acquaintances, because in peacetime each of us had a business and there were contacts of organizations in other countries. Many friends and acquaintances, having learned about what we do, selflessly and gratuitously wanted to help us.
The other day we decided to join forces, define a common goal and principles, and create a single Help Center.
To give the official status of our activities, in order to further raise funds from enterprises and organizations, we decided to use the Charitable Organization “Green City Charitable Foundation”, the creator and participant of which was one of us.
So the foundation radically reoriented its work, based on the public demands of wartime. Especially for this, additional accounts were opened, as well as accounts in payment systems to simplify charitable payments. We quickly created a profile website and started working. Together we created a Help Center.
In Brovary, Kiev region, a humanitarian center was organized at the city council, whose volunteers are engaged in targeted delivery to those in need.
We received first aid from the city of Bielefeld, Germany. And they sent her to the Humanitarian Center in Brovary. For which we are very grateful to MHD Bielefeld Malteser, Hilfsdienst Bielefeld, Malteser Hilfsdients Bielefeld, Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe for donations, also to Nadiya Whatever, Nastya Cherkis and Dasha Demeshok for collecting and organizing delivery
We are ready to help and account for every penny received, as required by the legislation of Ukraine!
